I get so caught up in the everyday happenings of life and I forget how much I love photography. This weekend Mark's parents were here and we took them out to the LaChua trail. Every time we go out there it's different and provides new photo opportunities. This time there weren't a lot of alligators (although we saw a nest of about 25 babies) and the grasses were really high. My passion for spending a day outside taking pictures of grass, trees, flowers, butterflies, birds and bees . . . (you get my point) was rejuvenated this weekend. I just wish I had more time to spend bonding with my camera in some quiet outdoor place! Here are a few of my favorites . . .
