This picture was food blog worthy to I had to post it. Last weekend was UF Homecoming and I decided to try making pumpkin cupcakes with blue cream cheese icing (so they looked orange and blue) for the tailgate. They turned out better than I expected, and I even made a few with maroon icing for the VT game later that day.
